Refund and Return Policy

At Gedtech Global Ventures, we prioritize customer satisfaction and aim to ensure a smooth shopping experience. Please read our refund and return policy carefully to understand our guidelines.

Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return or replacement if they receive:

• Incorrect items, or

• Faulty merchandise.

To be eligible for a return, the items must:

• Remain unopened and in their original condition.

• Include the original packaging and packing slip.

Returns must be initiated within 5 days of receipt of your order. If eligible, you will receive a full refund or a replacement.

Non-Refundable Shipping Costs

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable for packages returned due to:

• Undeliverable addresses,

• Unclaimed or refused packages,

• “Changed my mind” requests, or

• Returned items not due to any error on our part.

We do not accept returns for items received in good condition or for manufacturing defects unrelated to delivery errors. Please choose carefully when making your selections.

Return Shipping Requirements

All returns must be sent to GedtechGlobalVentures.com using a trackable courier service (e.g., UPS, FedEx, DHL). Any package that cannot be tracked will be the sender's responsibility. Please allow up to 7 business days for us to process your return or exchange.

Fees for Refused or Unclaimed Packages

If your package is returned to us as "refused," "unclaimed," "undeliverable," or due to a "changed my mind" request, and you would like it re-shipped, the following shipping fees will apply:

• NGN3,000 for Lagos State

• NGN5,000 for other states in Nigeria

These fees apply, but might change depending on the item’s size and weight.

Requesting a Return

To initiate a return, please inform us of your intent within 24 hours of receipt. If approved, the return shipping costs of NGN3,000 for Lagos and NGN5,000 for other states will apply.

Discretionary Returns

Acceptance of return or exchange requests for unopened items not related to errors or faults in delivery is at the sole discretion of GedtechGlobalVentures.com.
